Lake Area Waste Water Association, a 501(c)12 not-for-profit member cooperative, was formed in 2010 to provide experienced, safe, and affordable wastewater collection, testing, treatment, and disposal in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. LAWWA uses environmentally-safe and cost-effective technologies to construct, rehabilitate and/or maintain on-site sewage systems, and provides utility management, infrastructure stability and security, and emergency services for members. As an eco-friendly organization, LAWWA educates members and the community-at-large to better protect the environment and the health and wellness of the public.
